⚠️‼️Update about our tables/chairs!‼️⚠️
Thank you sooo much for everyone who reached out! The Marine Trades Institute has offered space on their campus for us to be able to use! They have room for everything and it is right around the corner from us. Please stay tuned for an opportunity to help getting all the tables and chairs there. We'll need to coordinate a date/time in the near future to get everything moved to their location and we'd love your help if you have an empty truck bed or trailer. Lot's of good news to share with you all very soon.❤️👣

Happy Wednesday, everyone. Today was yet another insurance meeting at Snow's, with yet another 'specialist'....sigh. One day at a time.🙏 Many have asked "what can I do to help"? Snows Bar & Grill needs a place (or places) to store all the tables and chairs we were able to save from the dining room. Soon cleanup will begin and all these beauties need a home for the winter. They are pretty dirty, but once spring comes back around we will take the necessary steps to clean them and see if we can restore them back to their beautiful selves. If anyone knows of a place or has any ideas, please reach out. ❤️ Also....many people have asked, and UP State Credit Union and Amy Smith have a plan in place for people who are looking to support Snow's, but can't make it to the fundraiser on Nov. 7th. Every day we are humbled by the support and love shown by so many. ❤️👣

Three weeks have passed. The kind words continue, and we have a hard time keeping up with them. As always, please know Steve and I see them all, read them all, and can truly feel the support of so, so many. The insurance company has 'released' the site, so now we can move forward with demolition/clean up. Everything still happens on insurance time, so praying this next step comes sooner, rather than later. It is interesting what things 'survived', just laying around almost like nothing happened. Kinda crazy. Keep the positive vibes coming. ❤️🙏🤞

Snows Bar & Grill received a very sweet piece of mail today.❤️ Thank you, Ceci. We love you, too, and are so glad you came to see us and loved our food!

And to everyone one of you who have reached out to us this past week...thank you! Things are one day at a time, right now. Monday was the first insurance hurdle and it went very well!!! Please continue all the prayers. We wanna build back Snow's as soon as we can. ❤️👣🙏

Yesterday changed the world forever for Snows Bar & Grill. It changed forever for the owners and their beloved staff. And it changed forever for all of you; the families, friends, and visitors who have loved Snow's for years, or just recently visited for the first time. When Steve and Amy purchased Snow's four years ago they made a quiet promise to themselves, the community, and to the bar itself; to honor the history of Snow's and breathe fresh life into it. With the help of the community in the LCI, the guests traveling thru, and you they were able to do just that.
To the first responders who came and put the fire out....we thank you.🚒🚓 To all of you who have reached out via texts, messages, and social media posts, to those who offered hugs, prayers, and condolences, and to those who have wished us well from near and far...we thank you.❤️
Smitty was spared (though he will need a little freshening up) and has a safe place to hang out. A room with a view! We removed all the tables and chairs from the dining room before the ceiling completely collapsed. It appears all the tables and many of the chairs will be able to be cleaned up and used again.
And now....a little over 24 hours later, everything else is in the hands of insurance. When we know more, we'll let you know more. ❤️👣

PS...PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE respect the caution tape and stay off the property. It is not safe and insurance has not completed their investigation.

Cheers to Tuesday! Snows Bar & Grill opens at noon today. Perch Tacos, Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos, Maple Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries, Deep Fried Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites.....so many good things!

Snows Bar & Grill is closed for the Labor Day holiday, but we open up at noon on Tuesday. We have tweeked our kitchen hours just a bit Mon. thru Thur.......fyi.🙂❤️👣
