Hello there! This right here is a Schnitzel Bowl. What is it, I assume you ask? Schnitzel is a cutlet of meat (we do chicken breast and pork loin) that is pounded thin, breaded and fried. You get a choice of Spaetzle (little egg noodles), or German potato salad to go under it. The sauce is Lemon Veloute, think of it as a chicken gravy with lemon in it. All of this is done from scratch, by hand. The schnitzel is even breaded and fried to order! Sure, it's a lot of work, but dang does it taste good.

Hello friends! Hope y'all had a good Labor Day weekend, I sure did (I slept a lot, it was nice.) I have some new things! First, we now have a chicken cheesesteak! It's under the Südstrasse Cheesesteak menu item, just opt for chicken!
Also! We now offer gluten-free wraps for any sandwich, quesadilla or other bread related items, for no extra charge! Just ask for gluten free under the special instructions.

Omggggg we finally have a parking lot again! Isn't that neat!? This construction crew has been doing up nice, and have been great about accommodating us. Yeah it kinda sucked for a bit, but hey, omelettes and eggs. So, now y'all don't have to trek from another lot to pick up awesome food!

Ya so, we will not be open tomorrow, August 19. Reason being is we're frantically trying to get the new menu off the ground, and it's a LOT of work (along with some snafus from our distributors). Please bear with us, we're literally just a few raccoons in a trench coat trying to prep a 90% from-scratch menu. It'll be worth it though, I promise.

OH YEAH BY THE WAY. We're back open! Also, this will be the last couple days for the Sad Boy Summer menu. Prices have dropped on the stuff we're getting rid of, so now's the best time to try something new. What's up next? It's a menu called "Germanic! At the Disco", an Oktoberfest themed menu! Brats, schnitzel, sauerbraten, pretzels, and all kinds of other fun stuff!

Hey.
You may have seen negative things being circulated about me online.
Much of what has been circulated includes accusations, rumors, and misinformation spread by people who do not know me and have never met me.
We are all more than the worst thing someone can say about us, and we ALL could be better at extending to others the same opportunities to grow, learn, and become better humans: the same opportunities some of us have already been given and all of us hope to receive.
My attorneys have advised me not to address any of those things while I work through the legal system.
I do have something I want to say though:

Here I am. I am here.

Since I've been in Cedartown, I have been overwhelmed and humbled by the hospitality, generosity, and willingness to help from the community, neighbors, and other folks happy to have a new (and dang good) place to eat.
I hope to pay that forward to everyone, making great food for great people, and giving back to a community that has made me feel welcome and at home.
To paraphrase my favorite chef Anthony Bourdain: Food may not be the answer to world peace, but it’s a start.

This here is the Streisand Effect: Pastrami that is rubbed, smoked, and sliced in house. A nice spicy brown mustard. Swiss if you want. Kraut if you want. Toasted Marble rye. It's the perfect sandwich to eat in your Malibu clifftop mansion while suing a guy for taking a picture of said mansion, then losing. It's ok Barbara, we still love you.
