Olcé (PRONOUNCED OLE-SAY) is an artisanal pizza joint located in the Cedars Country Store complex, in lovely Cedars, Pennsylvania. We elevate the casual dining experience with our delicious pizza, sandwiches and salads, all made with local & seasonal ingredients. Our food is served in our stylish, family friendly dining room and on our beautiful outdoor patio when weather permits. We are also a BYOB, so bring your favorite bottle and join us!

HELPFUL HINTS. Hi. As we get ready to enter the warm weather and busy season, I wanted to remind everyone of a few things to make everyone’s life easier:
1). MAKE A RESERVATION. Guarantees you a seat, and will also tip you off if we are going to be closed. Do it at olcepizza.com, or call us. Do it a day or 2 ahead. Total butts in your party is how many to make it for. New parents, count your baby! Happy to have walk-ins, but sometimes we are full! Also, we do take days off here and there.
2). FRIDAY/SATURDAY- super busy takeout nights. Avoid the rush/busy signal by pre-ordering at lunch. Also, call later-after 6:30. 5-6 is nuts. Or better yet, do takeout during the week.
3) OUTSIDE SEATING is coming (probably next week). Be patient, its early April , we are going to have the whole summer.
