It's the first weekend of September, do you know what that means? Yes sir, barbecue! We'll be serving up our delicious slow smoked BBQ Friday through Monday, in celebration of labor day. Brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and coleslaw. Come on in and let us rustle you up some chow.

The buckaroos have spoken. Our lunch special for 8/28 - 8/30 will be Cooky's Cattle Drive Meatloaf. You can get that as a sandwich on a toasted ciabatta roll for $12 or as a plate with loaded mashed potatoes or potato salad for $14.

Most of you know that our weekend specials are as follows, first weekend slow smoked barbecue, second weekend South of the Border, third weekend slow smoked barbecue, and fourth weekend cookies choice. Hey Saloon fans! It's the fourth weekend of August already. Can you believe that? This weekend The special is Cooky's choice and he's whipping up a big batch of delicious cranberry chicken salad. You can order that as a sandwich on a soft flaky croissant or as a salad on a bed of greens. Grab an ooey gooey butter bar or ice cream for dessert. Mosey on over to the saloon to beat the heat and fill yer belly!

This weekend is our "South of the Border" special of street tacos and street corn salad. Pair 2 fresh street tacos, our creamy street corn salad and an ice cold draft soda for a delicious meal. Specials run from Friday 8/7 - Sunday 8/9.

It's Cooky's choice at the saloon all weekend. He's made up some delicious lasagna, served with a side salad and a garlic cheese bread ball. Make it a meal for for a king with a cold draft soda made right here in Eckert.

Can you believe it's the third week of July already? The good news is, we have barbecue. Smoked brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, kielbasa, and fresh coleslaw. Running today Friday July 17th through Sunday July 19th, or until we run out. Paired with a homemade root beer and a scoop of Enstrom's dark chocolate ice cream, you have the best lunch in Cedaredge.
