Our professional baristas each have more than four years experience (a combined total of 42 years between the 4 of us), so you can always expect fast, friendly, consistently awesome service. We serve espresso drinks using traditional Italian proportions--1 oz espresso: 5 oz milk, water, or milk alternative. This perfectly balanced ratio lets our rich espresso shine. We source locally whenever poss

ible; buying milk from Hansen's Dairy, herbs and spices from Frontier, veggies from Echollective, and of course, our beans are roasted in Hiawatha at our mother-ship. All of our syrups, baked goods, quiches, and soups are made in house using local, organic ingredients whenever possible.
