This Saturday is Farmers Market day, and yes — Cafe Beignets will be back again this year!

This could possibly be our last year at the Farmers Market, but after talking it over with my wife, we’re going to do our best to continue attending whenever possible.

Cedar Rapids has truly become our city too, and the support everyone has shown us over the years means more than words can express. We sincerely thank each and every one of you for the love and support. ❤️
We are in a different location than last year. We will be located on 4th Ave SE this year. We look forward to have a great time thank you.

Cafe Beignets started with a dream to bring a little flavor and culture of New Orleans to Cedar Rapids, and because of YOU, we were able to do just that. From the beignets, gumbo, potato salad, shrimp, fried rice, and even the French fries and Fantas 😄 — every order, share, and recommendation helped support our small business journey.

While this next chapter takes us to Atlanta to be closer to family and continue growing Cafe Beignets, Cedar Rapids will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re grateful for every customer who walked through our doors, supported us at events, and became more like family than customers.

We have an update that we wanted to let everyone know.
To Our Amazing Customers & Community ❤️

After a lot of thought and prayer, our family has made the decision to relocate to Atlanta to be closer to family and continue pursuing the future growth of Cafe Beignets.

With that being said, Cafe Beignets at Lindale Mall will officially close during the second week of August.

This journey has meant everything to us. From the customers who supported us on slow days, to the ones who drove across town just for fresh beignets and coffee — THANK YOU. You helped bring a little piece of New Orleans to Iowa, and we’ll never forget that.

Over the next few months, we want to make these final weeks special. If you’ve never tried our fresh made-to-order beignets, signature Cloud 9 creations, iced coffees, gumbo, jambalaya, and other favorites — now is the time.
