My ribs are not healing as fast I had hoped so we are having to extend our hiatus from vending and will not be able to be in Ely this weekend. We are sorry to not be able to serve all of the BAMBQ fans but I need to take care of my self.

BAMBQ will be taking the next 30 days off from vending, catering, and competitions to heal some cracked ribs, do some trailer maintenance, and a much needed vacation. See everyone in Ely in August for their celebration. We will be at the Grill Works in Marion next weekend for the Beef ribs class.

We want to say thank you everyone who supports BamBQ whether its at a bbq competition, classes at the Grill Works, vending with the food truck or catering. If it was not for all you we would not doing able to follow our vision. With that being said, we challenge each and everyone of you when you are shopping or grabbing dinner out during the month of July please support local as we / they depend on your business to be successful.

We challenge all of you - so when we go out to eat this month it's "buy local" or dine at home.

It's been a whirlwind month since Memphis in May. Thank you so much to the 14 graduates families that trusted us with their special day. We've done 14 graduations, The Grill Works open house and 3 corporate caterings since Mid May and can't wait to get back to competing this weekend in State Center. Couldn't have made it through this month without Steve and Audrey covering my ass during a little medical hiccup. See everyone Friday
