I really think that City of Cedar Rapids Iowa Government should look at this as a way to help the struggling families in our city and to also solve the homelessness problem that is now disrupting several businesses in the area. Friends…I’m so sorry but there will be no dessert boxes this year for Christmas. I just can’t get it done in time for you because my capacity & space are so limited now …BUT what I will do, is if you’d like to book a massage with me, I will begin offering Rawlicious treats afterward.

I want to keep my dream & vision alive so it breaks my heart and we will never forget how the powerhouses of NewBo kicked us out from being able to serve you but I guess for now we will have to end it all.

Time to double this dose and probably the vitamin D also as we are not getting as much sunshine these days. You also need vitamin K to help absorb it and the body to be able to use it. You can also do some blood testing to make sure your levels are adequate. Because most of us are low but since it’s a fat soluble vitamin (meaning it doesn’t excrete through your urine or sweat), it is possible to overdose. Love you all & have a beautiful day!!

What a journey this life is…I’ve lost some friends I never thought possible, I have gained some of the most beautiful relationships through this experience and most of all I’m learning to enjoy the changes. The best thing you & I can do is not quit. We may not understand in the moment or be able to cope but just keep plowing ahead and know that God is faithful & He loves us ❤️. Truly, the best chapters are not even written yet. Have a beautiful, reflective day
