It's that time of year. The weather is warmer and we're firing more pizzas, scooping more ice cream/gelato and scheduling more events for our mobile oven. That means our team needs to grow soon. On International Women's Day, I am filled with gratitude for all of the amazing women I get to call colleagues at NewBo City Market. From staff to all of our permanent and temporary shopkeepers, to all of the past shopkeepers and staff we've been able to work with along our way, we've learned so much about growing a business. You see, we've truly all been in this together. Our shared experiences make us stronger and teach us how to grow in this changing world. I'm so grateful I jumped in and can truly say I couldn't have done it without you. Thank you for sharing your gifts, talents and your perspectives as we learn together.
