with patio season slooooowly making its way to iowa, the fun, refreshing, patio-perfect cocktails are slowly taking over the menu.
we're starting with this mai tai inspired crocodile queen, featuring matcha infused flor de caña white rum, appleton estate signature rum, pierre ferrand dry curaçao, marcona almond orgeat, lime and a float of angostura bitters. the cocktail is clarified to give a silky mouth feel while preserving the complexity and refreshing acidity of the original drink! 🐊👑

This new iteration features lamb braised with cumin, coriander, and ginger, plated with szechuan chili oil, raw shaved onion, lovage and cilantro.
