Meet Carter! 🍦☕️

You’ll usually find him scooping ice cream in the camper, but lately, he’s also been the guy making sure your No BS Coffee Club orders make it to your doorstep every week!

A few things to know about Carter:
⚽️ He’s been playing soccer since he was 4 and plays both club + school soccer
☀️ His ideal day involves 90 degree weather + a pool or a water park
🎄 He LOVES the holidays, especially Christmas. Like, holiday magic is a personality trait kind of love
👦🏻 He’s the oldest of 5 and genuinely the best big brother
🏈 He’s a Cowboys fan and somehow knows approximately a million football stats

We might be a little biased, but we’re pretty lucky to have this guy on the Bitter Sweet team 🤍

Ever wonder why your cold brew comes out faster than your latte? 👀

It’s not that we’re moving slower. Your drinks are actually made very differently.

Our cold brew is brewed in-house ahead of time using a slow, cold-water brewing process. It takes hours to make, but once it’s brewed, it’s chilled and ready to pour when you order it.

A latte, on the other hand, is made to order. We grind the beans, pull a fresh shot of espresso, add your flavor, (maybe) steam your milk, and build your drink from there.

So while your cold brew is essentially pour + ice + lid.

Your latte is grind + pull + flavor + milk + pour + ice + lid. ☕️

Both are made with good coffee. Both are delicious. They just have very different processes- and that’s why one can make it to your hands a whole lot faster.
