Thank you for such a wonderful turnout for our first run club, conquering the cold in the early-morning darkness!!! We appreciate the community YOU are creating with us.

After completing the 3 mile route, runners/walkers enjoyed a refreshing coffee from Bound & Brewed while staying for some great conversation and company. Thank you to Western Carteret Fire Dept & EMT for supporting/cheering us on!!! We are so excited for the future of Bound to Run!!!

We are so excited to see you THIS SATURDAY the 26th! Run, walk, bike… then coffee. Hosted with Western Carteret Fire Dept. 3 miles not your cup of tea? You’re welcome to modify the turn around point to your liking! All ages welcome— see you there for some good community, conversation, and coffee.

A day late, but 10 months worth celebrating. 🫶🏼

Yesterday marked 10 months of Bound & Brewed.

10 months of coffee, books, early mornings, familiar faces, new faces, really good days, really hard days, and watching this little place become something bigger than we imagined.

We’re still learning. Still growing. Still figuring things out as we go. But every month, this place feels a little more like home.

Thank you for walking through our doors, ordering your usual, buying the books, bringing your friends, telling people about us, and continuing to show up.

10 months down. ☕️📚

We’re getting pretty close to one whole year. 🤍

BOUND TO RUN
SEPTEMBER 26TH — 7:00AM:

Bound and Brewed, alongside Western Carteret Fire Department, will be hosting our first run club (run/walk/bike); we’re calling it Bound to Run, where we hope to see all ages and abilities join us in creating a community focused on movement, supporting local, and coffee-loving friendships.

Meeting at Western Carteret Park, we will run through Boathouse Creek Park, where we will turn around and head for the Bound and Brewed parking lot. This route totals 3 miles, but personal modifications are welcome if you prefer a shorter distance. A map will be posted soon! We will be opening at 8:00am for coffee, goodies, and good ol’ hanging out!

We encourage you to bring a friend, family member, or pet! Kid friendly, walker friendly, and welcome to friendly competition. The route is not on busy or main roads and plenty wide. Wear helmets if biking! Bring hydration and fuel responsibly.

Future run clubs and events will be announced shortly after the 26th.
