There’s always something new to learn in coffee and that’s one of my favorite parts of this journey.

Today I spent the day at Counter Culture Coffee headquarters for hands on training with our new Cold Perk system. I went in thinking about cold brew, but I left realizing just how versatile this equipment can be. I’m excited to experiment with everything it’s capable of and see where it takes us.

At the end of the day, though, the goal hasn’t changed: to serve the highest quality coffee possible. Every class I take, every question I ask, and every new technique I learn is an investment in creating the best experience I can for everyone who walks through the doors at Bound & Brewed.

Here’s to never stopping the learning and always striving for a better cup.

At Bound & Brewed, we believe a cup of coffee can do more than brighten your day it can help make a difference in someone else’s.

Throughout July, every dollar collected through Community Over Tips will be donated to Misplaced Mutts, helping support their mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding loving homes for dogs in need.

This program is one of my favorite traditions because it gives this little shop the opportunity to give back to the community that’s supported me from day one. Stop in for your favorite coffee, browse a new book, and help me spread a little kindness this month.🐾🤍

Thank you for being part of something bigger every time you stop by. Together, we’re proving that even the smallest acts of kindness can create a lasting impact.

Today officially marks 8 months since I unlocked the doors to Bound & Brewed. ☕📚

Eight months ago, this was just a dream I had poured everything into. Since then, it’s been filled with early mornings, long days, hard lessons, incredible people, and countless cups of coffee.

Owning a small business has challenged me in ways I never expected, but it’s also given me so much to be grateful for. Watching this little shop become a place where people gather, discover new books, celebrate milestones, work, study, or simply slow down for a good cup of coffee has made every sacrifice worth it.

To everyone who has walked through these doors, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, attended an event, or made Bound & Brewed part of your routine thank you. Your support means more than you’ll ever know. 🤍

In observance of Memorial Day, we’ll be operating on shortened hours tomorrow:

We wanted to make sure you could still grab your favorite coffee while also giving our team a little extra time to spend with their loved ones.

Today, we also pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸
