Chilaquiles Factory will remain closed for undefined time. The building is having some electrical problems that landlord is not willing to fix, same thing with the drainage that is causing several problems and horrible smell at two of the restrooms we have, they keep saying we have to fix the problem, we have hired 3 lawyers so far and it looks like they can’t do enough for us, landlord keeps pushing us to leave the space in a horrible manner, they still owe us 79,000 from construction work we did when we opened the business and they are refusing to pay, here are some pictures of how bad this place was when we got it, we put so much work into the restaurant to make it comfortable for our customers. We hope something good happens that help us to continue serving you but we are probably have to end closing the restaurant, this is just a very difficult and stressful situation for our family and our employees.
