We made just a simple bacon, egg, and cheese open face sandwich using ingredients from our market friends listed. Yum!

Sourdough toast from Balabusta Home Baked Pastries and Breads

Beautiful deep amber yoke eggs from HappyAss Ranch (best eggs I've ever had!)

Thick Bacon Ends from Clarke Family Farms

Creamy Goat Cheese from Capario cheese makers.

Of course we had a rich and creamy double shot americano of Side Bean Coffee Roasters Breakfast Blend.
