Organic Single Origin Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

This roast is brought just to medium with a 15% weight loss. This will produce flavor notes of citrus (lemon or tangerine), sweet berries, jasmine-like florals, and a smooth milk chocolate or nutty finish.

This bean is great as an espresso, pour over, French press, and even a common drip maker.
