I have read that in laboratory tests more than 75% of the honey from retail locations in the USA was super processed. The food industry wants consistency so it’s blended. They also centrifuge the honey to pull out the pollen for sale as a health food supplement. This removes the possible allergy immunity capabilities of the pollen.

It’s not natural honey and it’s not LOCAL honey!

Honey directly from a beekeeper that you know is consistently unprocessed pure ‘raw’ honey.

A fresh crop of natural honey is stocked in the honey stand located at 12130 SW 165 Avenue and is $12 / 16 oz. Cash or Venmo are accepted.

Thanks to supporters across the state, the Save the Bees specialty license plate has now reached 2,423 plates on the road as of June 1st! Every new plate represents another investment in protecting pollinators and strengthening the future of beekeeping in Florida.

From supporting honey bee research to expanding educational programs and outreach efforts, each plate purchase helps make a meaningful impact. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has joined us on this journey.

2026 Spring honey is all uncapped and extracted. From here it will need to settle, moisture content confirmed and then bottled.

Anticipate some ready for sale within two weeks.

The flavor is fantastic!!
