Iowa Food Hub-
Week 31, part 1. At the beginning of the COVID 19 crisis, all of our accounts were closed and we were trying to figure out how to sell 3 more cases of product to justify a farmers drive to drop-off product at the food hub.

Fast forward three weeks and now this farmer is bringing us over 30 cases of product a week to help with the grab-and-go lunches at schools.

Here are some of the items that schools are sourcing locally for those meals. The packaging looks different, but it is still the fresh, local products we love.
