❤️ WE ARE BACK ❤️

Hey everyone, the doors are officially unlocked, the grill is hot, and we are finally back! We are open TODAY (Wednesday, May 27th) from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM!

We know it’s been a tough week, so please come on by and grab all the food you’ve been craving and missing—we are so ready to build those plates for you!

Just a quick reminder: the amazing people who worked on our kitchen found a solution to get us up and running, which is so much better than being completely closed down. However, we are still working to get everything fully fixed, so we might still have to close for a couple of maintenance days in the near future once our final parts arrive. We will keep you updated on that, but for today, we are cooking!

We want to say once again how incredibly happy and blessed we are to be established in such a supportive community. You all don’t just love our food—you truly love our family and our team, and you treat us so incredibly well. We felt that love every single day we were closed, and it kept our spirits high.

The News We’ve Been Waiting For: We Are Opening Tomorrow! 😭❤️🙏🏼

Hey everyone, we are coming to you with the absolute biggest smiles on our faces!😁🥹

We have some wonderful news to share—the amazing people working on our kitchen managed to find a solution to get us up and running! While it is just a temporary fix for right now, we know that being able to serve you this way is so much better than being completely closed down.

Because of this, we will officially be open starting tomorrow (Wednesday, May 27th) during our regular business hours! Please keep in mind that we are still working to get everything fully fixed, so we might still have to close for a couple of maintenance days WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED! But for now, our kitchen is safe, functional, and we are so ready to fire up the grill again!

We truly cannot say it enough—thank you from the absolute bottom of our hearts for your incredible patience, love, and support during these tough and stressful days. As a small family business, your kind words were the light that kept us going when we felt completely defeated. An Update for Our Tacoz California Family 🤍

Hey everyone, we wanted to check in and keep our promise of keeping you all updated on where things stand with our kitchen.

We are still waiting for our replacement parts to arrive, but unfortunately, due to the holiday weekend, shipping has been delayed. It is a bit frustrating to wait, but we are still holding onto hope that we can get everything fixed ASAP. Right now, we are just keeping our fingers crossed and hoping for the best!

During this tough week, our hearts have been completely full seeing how amazing our community is. We are so incredibly grateful to everyone—both our wonderful customers and the other amazing local businesses—who have reached out to offer us help, resources, and kind words. It truly reminds us how blessed we are to be established in such a supportive, caring, and helpful community.

A Heartbreaking Update for Our Tacoz California Family 💔

Hey everyone, we are coming to you with the heaviest hearts and tears in our eyes. We promised to keep you updated, but this is the hardest post we have ever had to write. We have some very unfortunate news.
The team working on our kitchen finally diagnosed the issue, but they found multiple major problems.

Because of this, they have to order multiple parts to get everything fixed safely. We are so incredibly sad, to the point of tears—it absolutely breaks our hearts to say that we will be CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE while we wait for these parts to arrive and get installed.

We are so, so deeply sorry if we have let any of you down or ruined any type of plans you had to eat with us this week. We hope you can forgive us.. As a small, family-owned Busniess, our whole lives are built around feeding you, and this has been a devastatingly hard hit for us to take. It feels helpless to have our hands tied like this!...

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has reached out trying to help us, and for all the incredibly kind words you’ve sent our way. You have no idea how much those messages mean to our family and team right now.

We are going to work as hard as we can to get through this, and we can only hope from the bottom of our hearts that when we are finally able to come back to work, you will all still be there waiting for us with open arms and a stomach ready to eat.

‼️New Update‼️ Hey everyone, we wanted to come on here and be completely transparent with you all. To be honest, this situation is taking much longer than we ever anticipated, and our hearts are completely breaking over it. We are so incredibly upset that our doors are still closed to the community we love so much.

We are absolutely desperate to get back to work and back behind the grill. The last thing we ever want to do is disappoint or upset our amazing customers, but right now, our hands are completely tied behind our backs. It is a incredibly frustrating and helpless feeling, but please know we are doing everything humanly possible and working tirelessly to get everything safely up and running.

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your endless patience and loyalty. Your kind words and support are the only things keeping our spirits up right now. As always, we will keep you closely updated the very second we have more news. We miss you all so much.

Hey everyone, we wanted to check in and give you an honest update. Unfortunately, we still haven’t been able to completely solve the difficulties with our kitchen hood and flattop. Because of this, we will not be able to open tomorrow (Wednesday, May 20th) either.

It breaks our hearts to keep our doors closed, but we are still working around the clock to figure out the problem and get everything safely fixed. We are so incredibly sorry for the continued inconvenience to your meal plans. We will still keep everyone updated.

With Cinco de Mayo approaching, we wanted to share some interesting information with our valued customers.❤️

While many people celebrate Cinco de Mayo, we at Tacoz California don’t follow the drinking alcohol or dressing up with sombreros. We do it a bit different! But we also honor the real Mexican Independence Day, which is celebrated annually on September 16th. Cinco de Mayo, on the other hand, commemorates a specific military victory, the Battle of Puebla. We are not telling you "oh do not celebrate this day" If you do celebrate, please support your locally owned Mexican restaurant. Avoid supporting big chains like Pancheros, Taco Bell, Chipotle, etc. (no hate towards them). Support an authentic family owned Mexican restaurant NEAR YOU! That's all we ask for.💖
