Our building just got a HUGE upgrade! ⚡️🌾

We’ve officially upgraded our electrical service from 200 amps to 400 amps, giving us the power we need for all of our tortilla-making equipment today, with plenty of room to grow in the future.

Every upgrade, every inspection, and every step forward gets us closer to bringing our family’s dream to life, making fresh, delicious tortillas right here in the East Mountains for our community and beyond. ❤️

Stay tuned for more as we continue our progress!

We're getting a little closer every day! 🌾✨

As we continue remodeling, we hope you've noticed our newly completed parking lot! We'll also have additional space with parking in the back.👀

Little by little, our family's dream is becoming a reality, and we can't wait to serve fresh, authentic tortillas to the East Mountains and surrounding communities. ❤️

Thank you for following our journey and supporting our family. Be sure to follow us for updates as we get closer to opening the first-ever Cedar Crest Tortillería! 🌮🌯

Hi Cedar Crest Tortillería followers!😃

We're excited to share that our brand-new commercial epoxy flooring is being completed in our production area today! 🎉

This flooring is designed to withstand the demands of a commercial tortilla factory, while also being easy to clean, durable, and slip-resistant for our team.

For those who remember this building from years past, you may know it served several purposes over the years, including being a brake/mechanic shop. Before the new flooring could be installed, the existing concrete had to be thoroughly cleaned, treated, repaired, and smoothed, including filling cracks and preparing the surface for its new life as a food production facility.

This is a major milestone for us. With the flooring nearly complete, we're hoping to begin bringing in equipment over the next several weeks as we continue building out our tortilla factory.

Every step brings us closer to our goal of providing fresh, locally made tortillas to our beautiful East Mountain community.

Thank you for following along on this journey!

Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date on our progress.

Hello East Mountain community! 👋⛰️

As we continue transforming our building, we wanted to share another update on our progress.

Over the past few weeks, you may have noticed our front windows being upgraded to commercial-grade windows. We’ve also framed out a new commercial entry door that will serve as the entrance to our future lobby.

Little by little, things are coming together, and we’re excited to see the vision take shape. We can't wait for the day we open those doors and welcome everyone in for fresh, locally made tortillas! 🌮💛

Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram at for more updates as construction continues.
