Chimichurri Bavette con queso

This one might be one of my favorites from our new fall menu at The Dock.

Tender grilled bavette, sliced over warm queso, topped with chimichurri-dressed arugula and finished with crispy fried jalapeños.

Steak + queso was already a yes… then we added fresh chimichurri and crispy jalapeños because apparently I don’t know when to leave well enough alone. 😂

Well… this got awkward.

We baked a fresh buttermilk pie this morning and apparently it came with its own attitude.

We’re not saying this pie is possessed…

…but if it starts whispering “eat another slice” at 2 a.m., that’s between you and Jesus. 🤣

Thankfully, the only thing evil about it is how quickly it’ll disappear.
