Hudson Hunter will be celebrating his 7th Birthday on January 18th. This is a joyous moment for Hudson's family and friends because every single day is a beautiful gift.
On April 28th of 2022, Hudson's family received some devastating news. Hudson was diagnosed with high-risk stage 4 neuroblastoma cancer.
For nearly three years this sweet boy has fought hard and been through so much. He has been through chemo on an ongoing basis, bone marrow and stem cell transplants, radiation, surgeries, hospital stays for infections, hospital stays that lasted months and so much more. His family has fought to stay hopeful even though the diagnosis isn't very optimistic but they continue to have faith and look for a cancer free future. They thought they had reached that milestone. In December of 2023, Hudson rang the bell! It was a joyous day and for a few weeks, they were on top of the world. Unfortunately, it was back with a vengeance in January and the fight continues. It is currently in multiple spots in his body.
The family wants this community to know how grateful they have been for the support. They could never have done this on their own. Even recently, the insurance maxed out for the year and treatment had to be delayed. There isn't an end in sight anytime soon so they are praying and hoping while doing what they can to savor each moment and make beautiful memories. Much, Much Love and Gratitude for all the continued support from this amazing community!
