Hey, Phōsies! (is that a thing?)

We'll be open this Memorial Day Weekend, regular hours, with ONE exciting exception!

Monday, we'll be doing Brunch from 10:30am - 3pm, and then we'll be closed in the evening to give our staff a chance to enjoy the day.

Come visit us for pancakes, gyros, mimosas, homefries...all the good stuff!

Happy Anniversary to our fearless leader, Chef Stephanie Skiadas and her husband, all-around great guy and most handy man on the block, Brendan Mahar! ❤️

We'll be CLOSED this evening so these beautiful people can take some much deserved time to celebrate together. They both work so hard to make Phōs everything it is, so that we all love coming to work every day.

We'll be open again regular hours starting Thursday, and we look forward to seeing you then! (And if you see this wonderful couple around Main Street today, wish them a Happy Anniversary!)

RAMPing up for an exciting Spring season 🌼

Our Chefs took a little field trip to (sustainability) harvest some native ramps to feature in a few of our new dishes, like our House-Made Spinach Fettucine (with king oyster mushrooms, house-cured guanciale, ramp butter, confit egg yolk, pecorino & lemon zest).

We're committing to spring no matter the weather, and this dish definitely helps 👌
