Today’s pastry case situation: Strawberry + Nutella Berliners 🍓🍫

Fluffy, sugar-dusted Berliner doughnuts filled with strawberry preserves and finished with a generous layer of Nutella. Basically a chocolate-covered strawberry in doughnut form, but better because it’s a doughnut.

We know the boil water advisory has been an inconvenience for everyone. Rest assured, we’re taking every precaution and following Department of Health guidance. Meet the Banana Boat Crème. If you’ve never had a banana boat, it’s a classic campfire treat: a banana is split down the middle, filled with chocolate and marshmallows, wrapped in foil, and nestled into the coals until everything melts into one gooey dessert. We took that nostalgic summer favorite and transformed it into a handcrafted bonbon with a silky banana fondant center, rich dark chocolate, and a brûléed marshmallow. As a bonus, this little campfire-inspired bite just happens to be completely vegan.

Hi friends! Here’s a picture of our gluten-free pistachio & raspberry brownie before it goes into the oven…now onto business.

The Village of Catskill is still under a Boil Water Alert until further notice.

We are able to safely resume all cafe food items, milkshakes, and gelato. Unfortunately any machine plumbed into the water line (espresso, drip coffee, etc.) is not deemed safe to use, as filtration is not effective against pathogens like bacteria, viruses, and parasites.

We have a giant percolator and brought in water to safely serve you coffee, tea, and are able to serve all of the drinks you’ll see on the following menu.

Thank you for understanding and we look forward to serving our full espresso drinks menu when the Village says it’s ok!
