All of our ingredients are the best available: the Italian 00 grind flour is proven to provide performance and flavor. We make our own sauce using real San Marzano tomatoes from around the world and our toppings are grown locally whenever possible! Pizza is our passion. From handcrafted treats to fun event favors and desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious… we’re exploring some exciting new ideas for our catering program (and maybe even a few surprises for our restaurant and mobile events 😉).
