We still have a few pounds of freshly roasted green chile, as well as red powder, red pods, chicos, and Anasazi beans. Feel free to message, call or stop by to pickup anytime we are open this week! The chile freezes very well and is easier to peel when it thaws.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to get their chile fix, this is always a special event for us, we love spreading our love for New Mexican foodways and connecting with others who appreciate them!

See you tomorrow at the farmers market! We will have lots of green Chile and New Mexican specialty dry goods for sale! We aren’t doing a preorder link so please DM us if you are driving a distance and would like us to save you some! 9-12 tomorrow! We only have medium green, but it’s really tasty and a perfect level of heat!
We will likely sell out of chile so get to market early if you want some!

Sunday August 30th! Mark yer calendars!

FRESH ROASTED HATCH CHILE and other New Mexican goods like Anasazi beans, red chile powder/pods, and chicos, at the Catonsville Farmers Market on 8/30 from 9-12. We will post a pre-order link, if you have specific heat/quantity desires or want to pickup another time. We anticipate having plenty of mild/medium for same-day purchase.

IYKYK, and if ya don’t, come check out the magical smell of a chile roast! We will be doing some fun giveaways and celebrating our recent purchase of the building! Freeze it, eat it on a fresh tortilla, throw it in your queso or on your burger, just don’t spell it with an “i”.

We’ve got food for any reason and season, and a little bird told us some of you guys might be reeeaaaallly hungry tomorrow. Come on in; we’ve got good vibes, tasty cold drinks, cool stuff to look at… and these delicious specials!

Maui Wowie Cheeseburger: glazed teriyaki pineapple, chili crisp salsa, melty cheddar. It’s a good time

Granddaddy Purp: Purple pancakes with ube, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream. Sweet and hits the spot. Eat a stack and take a nap or commune with nature or play some video games, whatever you like to do!

Side note, we miss you Larry (owner of the former peace of sunshine). Really nice neighbor to us from day one. ✌🏻❤️🤙
