We are a semi private Country Club, and all amenities are open to the public. Our restaurant, the Mountain View Grille at Desert Princess, offers exciting menus featuring creativity and dedication to excellence. The Mountain View Grille offers a comfortable ambiance, replete with stunning views of an immaculately groomed golf course framed by the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranges. Desert Princess Country Club is also a great place for banquets, wedding receptions, parties, reunions and meetings. All are open to the public for your enjoyment. In addition our amenities include a well outfitted Pro Shop, 27-Hole Golf Course, lighted tennis courts with Charlie Moore as the Tennis Professional of Desert Princess; the Spa at Desert Princess with outstanding facilities and a fitness center including racquet ball, basketball, pickle ball, and bocce ball courts. The Desert Princess is comprised of over 675 single floor condominiums and 531 private villas. It also has over 34 pools and 33 spas; it encompasses approximately one square mile. There is twenty seven holes of Championship Golf overlooked by the condos and villas. The grounds are exceptionally lush and beautifully manicured.

A little golf course management for your next round: the flag is not always your friend.

When the pin is tucked close to a bunker, water or the edge of the green, aiming straight at it can turn a perfectly respectable hole into... an unnecessarily educational experience.

Instead, look at the whole green. Aiming toward the wider, safer section gives you more room for a slightly imperfect shot and can leave you with a much easier two-putt.

Sometimes boring golf is very good golf. Save the heroics for when they’re actually worth it. 😉

And conveniently, today’s Chef’s Special at Mountain View Grille is Adobo Roasted Half Chicken. Golden roasted chicken with traditional adobo glaze, fingerling potatoes, crisp salad and a creamy ají amarillo dipping sauce.

Join us at Mountain View Grille on Monday, September 14th from 6–8pm for a four-course Wine Dinner, with each course paired with a different wine. We’re talking Prosecco and whipped ricotta, Pinot Grigio with pan-seared jumbo shrimp, a red blend with beef tenderloin, and Cabernet with dark chocolate mousse. We feel very good about this lineup.
