More pizzas tonight. First a Hawaiian bbq chick’n pizza. Homies made sriracha & stout bbq sauce base. House made vegan parm and vegan mozz, with pineapple and bbq chick’n made from king oyster mushrooms. So good the wife requested a second! And my go to vegan pepperoni. These prime roots koji pepperoni are great!

Margarita pizza with home made vegan mozz, fresh organic basil and homemade sauce with Stanislous Alto Cucina tomatoes. Veggie pie with organic grape tomatoes, red onion, fresh basil home made shredded vegan mozzarella. Home made vegan Parmesan, sweet white corn and “rotisserie chicken” king oyster mushrooms. And lastly a prime roots koji pepperoni pizza with home made vegan mozzarella. First pizzas I’ve made in a while. Good to be back at it.

I’ve been vegan for 4 years now. I’ve always wanted to go to vegfest and something always came up. This year I am happy to say I was able to attend my first. Suck good positive energy. Amazing food yall, AMAZING!! And it was all VEGAN!!! so cool to go to a fest and not have to worry about eating before we went cause there wouldn’t be a plant based alternative for me us. I only wish it was multiple days so I could eat all the food!!! And also got to hear a little from John Lewis aka badass vegan! I’ll remember this day for a long time.

Another new creation for me. Buffalo Chick’n Pizza!! This was so good I could have eaten both of these in one sitting!! My homemade vegan mozz, with tofu buffalo chicken I made with some franks buffalo sauce. Baked then an added buffalo sauce spiral at the end. So good!

Pepperoni pizza. I craved this for a long time after becoming a vegan. This classic right here is the reason I decided to make my own pizzas, and ultimately sparked this whole Ripple idea. I grew up a meat and potatoes guy. I still have cravings for these foods, but this is 2022, and it’s not necessary to take the life of an animal to enjoy the foods I loved growing up. However, the stigma is that vegans only eat grass. Salads. Veggies. While I do love veggies now, I still have the cravings for things like pepperoni pizza. The options out there are great and convenient, but they are not the best. So I decided to make these things myself. This dough is so full of flavor. Sourdough and cold fermented for 48 hours. The cheese is creamy and delicious! Made with soy milk, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, lactic acid, kappa carrageenan, salt, a dab of miso paste and a little nooch. It doesn’t leave the film in your mouth that most likely store bought vegan cheeses do. And this pepperoni is really good. Thanks Alex Koonz from for the vegan pepperoni recipe. I deleted the heat for my wife and daughter, but it still has that roni flavor and hit the spot!!

Tonight the dough was better. Another 24 hours of fermentation and you could taste the flavor. Sriracha Stoug bbq chick’n pizza no onions tonight. Sarah got the last of them, didn’t get a photo of that one. But I did drizzle on some Calabrian chili oil and I’ll say it made the pie, the sauce is a little sweet and the heat fits perfectly! can’t wait for you to try this one!!
