Still Austin Wh***ey Co. is coming to Hillside Texas for an exclusive tasting dinner at La Colline. Each chef-crafted course has been thoughtfully designed around the tasting notes of a featured Still Austin spirit, moving from straight bourbon and cask strength rye to a refreshing gin finish.

Still Austin Head Distiller John Shrepel and Single Barrel Program Manager Christian Wilhoft will join us to share the stories and craftsmanship behind every pour.

For a limited time, La Colline invites you to enjoy a four course dinner designed exclusively for Culinaria Restaurant Week. Each reservation directly supports Culinaria’s mission to promote locally sourced food, culinary education, and meaningful community impact.

Enjoy a curated four course dinner featuring elevated comfort, seasonal flavors, and refined technique for a limited time only. From August 8 to August 29, guests can enjoy a four course prefixe dinner for $50 per person. Reservations are highly encouraged. Complete your dinner experience by adding a bottle of house w**e for $30. Vegetarian option is available.
