Not trying to brag but…it doesn’t get much yummier than our Santa Fe pizza. We fire roast the poblano peppers before they become the sauce, then we layer it with mozzarella cheese and green chorizo from Dziuks Meat Market . It’s finished with a sprinkle of cotija cheese, our homemade pico de gallo, and a lime wedge. It was our preshift meal for this awesome Fiorella Friday, and ohhhhh my was it delicious

We had a gentleman come in for the first time today and stop to chat for a minute about his experience. He wanted us to know how special the restaurant was, NOT just because of the food, but because of the crew. He told us he was treated like family, and the vibe was AMAZING. And we have to agree. We love this community. On Sunday, we stayed open late to have the coolest pizza party with the entire crew of Cora’s 471 Grill . This was super special because our restaurants are open the same hours, so we never get to eat at the other one, and our amazing crews don’t ever get to mingle. Thankfully we were able to grab this epic picture of everyone! We are so grateful to Cora’s for choosing us for their hard earned time off!!! Next time we’ll come to your amazing restaurant and get our favorite nachos!!!! ✌🏼🍕❤️

Yeah we get it, we would do anything to get our pizza too!!! We will be serving up everyone’s favorites from 4-9pm tonight!
Also, shout out to Evan for never skipping leg day! Magnolia Filling Station opens at 7am Mon - Sat, with the best coffee and treats in Castroville! Make sure to show them some love too!!! ✌🏼🍕🫶🏼☕️
