It is a comfort food kind of day so this evening We will be featuring a rustic version of the classic French poulet à la moutarde 🔥 A velveted chicken breast simmered in a mushroom & dijon cream sauce over a bed of wild rice pilaf with haricot verts. The dish is finished with pickled mustard seeds for a tangy pop and roasted beets to calm it back down 😉 But hurry fast it’s while supplies last 🏃‍♂️ 💨
