Dear Norman’s customer, we regret to inform you that starting tomorrow, November 18th, inside dining will be closed until further notice. We will continue to have outdoor dining as well as take out orders. Thank you for your understanding.

As we are transitioning to colder, shorter months, and limitations placed on restaurants by the CDC. Our primary use of outside seating will not uphold Castro Valley’s cooling temperatures.
New hours of operations will be as followed:
Monday – Sunday
7:00am-4:00pm
We will be offering the same menu, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
