Hello to all Pho Auntie 7 customers and supporters!

It has been one year since the fire accident. Thank you for all of your support and sympathy that we’ve received through texts and emails. We’re very sorry for not being able to accept any orders during this past year.

We will most definitely be returning to business where we were!

Currently, we are getting closer to getting our permit approved. Sadly, we don’t have an official timeline for when we will be re-opening. Therefore, we have a Plan B: We are looking for a temporary/second location while we’re waiting to return. The second location will not be too far away from Castro Valley. When we have our lease and location, we will post an update.

Again, we appreciate all of your support! We miss you and can’t wait to see you again!

Can’t wait to return!

- BOULEVARD BUSINESSES PLAN TO REOPEN - A pair of popular Castro Valley businesses are planning to reopen at same location in the near future.

CVN has confirmed with ownership of Jr’s Liquors and Pho Auntie 7 that both businesses are reopening at the same location on Castro Valley Boulevard.

There are no opening dates as both businesses are working through the reconstruction process with property ownership, county permitting and insurance companies.

In August of 2025, the building where both businesses were located was destroyed by an early morning fire that started in a kitchen area above the restaurant.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all out there!
Pho Auntie 7 team would like to say Thank you to our loyal customers for supporting our business, espcially during the difficult time- sending us cares, comforts, courages. We, the insurance companies, the City, the landlord, and the restaurant owners are working on rebuilding. Hope to reopen at some point next year.
