Hi, I’m Rick! I’m one of the original founders of Border Burger and the co-owner and manager of both our Manitou Springs and Castle Rock locations.

We’re excited to be part of the community and wanted to introduce ourselves to our new neighbors! Our Castle Rock location offers the unique opportunity to rent an entire floor for special events, gatherings, and celebrations.

And don’t forget about our fabulous third-floor outdoor patios! We’ve made them functional year-round so you can enjoy incredible, one-of-a-kind views while enjoying our one-of-a-kind, homemade gluten-free options.

As of today, our Castle Rock location is closing its doors. We want to thank the city of Castle Rock, as well as the surrounding towns, for your patronage over the last year.
