Muchos dicen saber asar carne solo por ser norteños. En nuestra familia, no es así. Don José trabajo toda su vida en ranchos con vacas. Ahí fue donde el aprendió que cada vaca tiene un sabor único. Muchos años después, Don José tuvo un hijo llamado José. Tan solo a los 4 años de edad, José ya sabía prender el carbón como su papá lo enseñó. Poco a poco José fue aprendiendo cómo escoger la carne más rica. Porque si, todo depende de la vaca. Ahora, José es el chef detrás de TuAsador210 y puedes estar seguro de que sabe como escoger tu carne para que siempre tengas el mejor sabor.
