The Breeze and Castine Variety remain as being a tourist destination, with premier dining. After discovering us, finding what we have to offer they come back for more. Aloha from The Breeze and Castine Variety, and welcome to the new home of the brand new State of Maine training ship. There was a lot of fanfare cheering from the town dock and escorting in from the Bagaduce River. Chef Snow made today her classic Hawaiian meatball sub as everyone (it seems) had requested. Delicious are the specials she prepares, meatballs served on a French baguette. Who knows, she may begin a trend. So we welcome also the visiting cadets from Texas A & M who are expecting their brand new ship this August or September!
