They said "It's a hard business....."
It is.....
They said "You'll have to work extremely hard to get it running..."
We did....
They said "It will take investment......"
We gave everything.....
They said "You won't make any money the first two years....."
We Didn't....
They said "The third year is when you'll make it ...."
I wish it were true....😓

If anyone knows my work ethic......
They know not to doubt that I've worked 50+ hour shifts straight.......
Steadily working until the desired result is accomplished.....
I put the same work ethic into Pauly Mac's......
Keep going, keep going, keep going...
I have finally found my limit...

I came here with the intention to keep the vision of the family restaurant alive. My life before this, I had a ❤ for cooking for friends/family to fellowship with. Big meals, joyful times, and good memories..... at the end most would say.... you need to get a restaurant....

When the opportunity came, I was at a fork in the road. Do I leave a Tool and Die Journeymans career and pursue a dream? Do I give up a trade that stably raised most of my children. A trade that my parents raised me in? America, the land where dreams come true..... the American Dream! I got bit, and set forth to accomplish this dream.... Backed by a very understanding Wife, as with Family and Friends.....

I remember back to the meal I provided during our private opening.... I mentioned that 50% of new restaurants won't make it 6 months... and a few more satistics where I mentioned that I would not be part of.... Well, I was successful with those statements. And focused on that third year.....

It finally got here! Spring of 2020.... It has been a tough year... A lot of hoop jumping.... We are wore out mentally, physically, and financially. We Love and Appreciate all of our Customers and will Miss the good times you have provided us with. Unfortunately we have to tap out... sales are just not where they need to be.

Our last Days open will be the 17th, 18th, & 19th 4-8pm. And as always We Appreciate your Support and the Opportunity you gave us.... We hope to see you in the coming week for a formal goodbye! Again We Will Miss You!
