We have unfortunately had to shut down the food trucks that go to business in the mornings selling breakfast burritos etc. We are going to start working out of the drive-up window at the Flat Iron Grill to produce breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches to go!!! You will need to call your order in ahead of time. Give us a call 333-1200.

We are looking to hire 2 more drivers for the food truck routes. Trucks work Tuesday-Friday from 6am-11am stopping at various locations. Clean driving record and great personality a must. Apply in person at 3400 E. 2nd St.

Energy Catering operates out of the Flat Iron Grill Restaurant. We have a drive up window available in the morning for your convenience. We do breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, coffee etc. Call your order in ahead of time. At least an hour notice would be appreciated. Call 333-1200

Paneling and trim work almost complete. Tile work-check. Cabinets-check. Counter tops should be finished by the end of the week. Menu should be wrapped up by next week. We also will begin hiring for all positions front and back of house.
