I'm a big fan of corned beef all year. This time I corned the beef myself and I've got to say, it's the best I've ever had.

This week The Red Bite District will be at Mountain Hops Brewhouse Friday and Saturday night from 4:45-7:30. Come by for the best Burger/Beer combination in the city!

Since we're very new at this, we've been experimenting with our menu for the last couple weeks. Last weekend we added some new fried items and a sampler platter, this weekend we're going to add a couple hot dog options, including a coney dog that you've got to taste to believe.

Tomorrow, 10/28/23, we will be at Mountain Hops Brewhouse starting at 1PM for the Zombie Crawl. Come try the newest food truck in Casper, and the best burger you've had this year. (It's the spicy burger.) Yummmmm!

Today was our first day serving food. Thank you to everyone who came to see us, it was so nice to see all our hard work start to pay off.
