In case you've missed it, we are currently on DAY 3 of no phones. Our company seems to be having an outage, this is out of our hands and we are just a frustrated as you all are. We apologize for the huge inconvenience, especially over graduation weekend.

We ask for your patience as we try to get back to everyone via text to any messages that are left. We are going through 100s a day. And for the so many asking, no, we did not set the outgoing message to be so vague, that is default from our company. 😆

The 2nd annual Sally Ostini Adaptive Sports Day was amazing yesterday!

Ang may be familiar to you as one of our bartenders, but by day she is a special education teacher with SM Bonita. She created this event in Sally’s memory and we know she would just love it. We cannot wait to see this event grow each year and more kids able to participate!

More than 130 special education elementary school students came to Liberty Elementary School to participate in different sports Friday morning during Sally Ostini Adapted Sports Day.

74 years ago today, Frank Ostini Sr. put on his best suit and told his wife Natalie he was going to "see about buying The Hitching Post". He came home a restaurateur (with no previous restaurant experience). Frank took a chance (and a HUGE leap of faith!) when he became a restaurant owner. Turns out, he had a good hunch!

74 years, 4 Ostini generations, 2 locations, tremendous, loyal employees, and MILLIONS of mouths fed, Frank's legacy is alive and well, still specializing in Santa Maria Style Barbeque as the "World's Best Barbeque".
