Self-contained campers can reserve a spot to rest overnight at the store. They are called Boone dockers. A gentleman from Hershey Pennsylvania stopped here last Friday night and enjoyed some food and live entertainment.
He was a retired truck driver with 40 years on the road. He said he’d been to many states but never really seen them. So he’s doing it now with his motorhome. He was enroute to go down a section of Route 66. When his wife retires, she will be able to go with him more often. He was very interesting to talk with. A very nice man. I wish you many more safe, enjoyable miles!
