he first Banhmi store and in 2021, I brought my vision to reality. When I started my first Banhmi, a customer wrote this beautiful review for my sandwich, I was so happy. He didn’t know he gave me more than a review. He gave me the encouragement to make my dream come true. "I just had one of their Banh Mi sandwiches. I did not think food could make me this happy...I was just expecting a sandwich, but this was so much more. It started with the bread: perfectly crispy but not tough to chew in the slightest, golden and bubbly outside, just enough bread inside to soak up the flavor. Honestly, a food photographer wouldn't have to use filters with this sub, it was just that pretty. Oh my god, the beef was so tender and juicy and perfectly seasoned. Everything complimented the flavor bouquet perfectly. Every single marinated carrot was there for a reason. Every fresh jalapeno slice was cut to a perfect thickness that didn't overwhelm the pallet but still added the right amount of kick. The cilantro, the onion, and how could I forget: the soup! A cup of broth for dipping the sandwich was the perfect touch. And I do mean perfect. This sandwich was not just a sandwich; it was an experience, a feeling, a poem.
