This is it, the last 2 days with us. Our hearts are full with all the love, support, flowers, words of appreciation that were shared with us the last few weeks. Some of you have come multiple times during this time . We are very grateful we became a part of this community and all the surrounding areas. We were so blessed and will look back to this as one of our best accomplishments in life. Will we do it again despite the challenges? Yes, we would! This was a lot more than a job, this was more of a dream realized. Thank you for loving our food, being friendly, and for being a huge part of our journey. This is what it is all about. If we have not thank you personally, please come see us one more time today or tomorrow!

We are very grateful for the support and kind words we have been getting the last couple of weeks. Thank you very much for showing us how you love the dishes we have created; to a chef, this means the world. If we have not thanked you personally, we would love to do so before we close this chapter in our lives. We have 2 weeks left.

After 6.5 incredible years, RamenDoBo Noodle Bar IS CLOSING. We remember our very first day like it was yesterday. Opening just before the Covid shutdown, you welcomed us with unbelievable support! We realized quickly we didn’t just open a restaurant; we created a community.

To the amazing team we call our "kids”, watching you grow with us through thick and thin has been the highlight of our journey. To our incredible customers, thank you for supporting us. We love the stories you shared, the laughs, and watching your kids rush in just to give us hugs. We will never forget where this journey brought us. Thank you.

Over the next few weeks we hope to see you back. We will permanently close our doors after serving our last bowl of ramen on a Saturday, July 25 at 9pm.
