Our individually-sized hand crafted cheesecake jars mean you get the perfect amount of sweet, creamy goodness to satisfy your cravings. Quality and care are packed into every jar, bringing your cheesecake experience to the next level.

As we all know, there are many definitions out there for “natural food products” however, we draw a line when it comes to hydrogenated fats, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives and sweeteners. This provides our customers with a wholesome, natural product that taste great. And of course, baking them in glass, provides an extremely environmentally friendly container!

We are excited to announce that D'Nardys Cheesecake Jars are now available in Downtown Cary at "The Refreshery". A brand new locally owned and operated Juice bar by Stephen and Jessica McNulty. They offer a unique selection of smoothies, Coffee, Tea, Unique "social tonics"and local snacks. Stop by when your in the area or make the trip! Again, congrats!!

As D'Nardys Cheesecake jars enter our 11th year and for those that are new customers I want to share with you our quality control team, my daughters! To my immediate left is my youngest daughter Elizabeth who instructed - e r r - suggested I put our delicious cheesecake recipe into Mason jars and helps with social media and my other daughter Victoria who designed our label, business cards and provides me with copy due to her outstanding creative writing skills. We could of never imagined we would now surpass 150,000 jars and be in 100 plus retail locations including 43 Dash Marts, 46 Whole Foods and 15 specialty grocery stores throughout the Southeast! The first quarter of 2026 will bring exciting news regarding local outlets and continued expansion! We thank our loyal customers, family and friends for there support as we continue to grow... Happy New Year!!

Fun Cheesecake Facts!
I have been asked the reason you cook Cheesecake in a water bath?? Answer!

You bake cheesecake in a water bath (bain-marie) to create a humid environment for gentle, even heat, which prevents the delicate custard from overcooking, curdling, or cracking, resulting in a silky smooth, creamy texture with uniform cooking from edge to center. The water insulates the pan and regulates temperature, stopping the edges from baking too fast while the center sets slowly, giving you that perfect, unblemished finish

We bake our Cheesecake jars in conventional ovens not convection ovens. The reason is convection ovens have fans to circulate the air which has a tendency to make for a less moist Cheesecake. Our commercial kitchen "The Kitchen Space" in Raleigh has 16 conventional ovens, plenty of room to grow!

To our valued customers. We have had some customers contacting us wanting to know where our jars are available. The only list I can provide is with Dashmart who carries all our flavors.
