We're excited to present to you M Test Kitchen New Year's Eve tasting menu! This experience is inspired by Japanese flavors, presented in a contemporary way highlighting the ingredients as they are.
✨First Course: Quarter ounce caviar, koji butternut squash, crystalized pumpkin seeds, and seed oil.
✨Second Course: Scottish trout tataki with ponzu, aonori, togarashi, and puffed rice.
✨Third Course: Seaweed pasta, silken miso emulsion, scallion, and bonito flakes.
✨Fourth Course: Half Duck breast, plum wine glaze, plums, bamboo rice, and bok choy.
✨Fifth Course: Pistachio green tea ice cream, cake, crumb, and yuzu tea jelly.
