People keep asking, “Chef Aleks, why Joplin?”

Why not? I figured everyone deserves homemade pasta, real Italian food, and a chef with just enough sarcasm to season every meal.

Some people move for better weather. Some move for better jobs. I moved because I needed more people to argue with about what belongs on pizza.

And before anyone asks… yes, we still make everything with love. The sarcasm? That’s complimentary.

Joplin, get your forks ready. I’m bringing the recipes, the attitude, and enough garlic to keep vampires—and bad cooks—away. 🍝😂🇮🇹cheers 🥂
