With over a dozen trucks at each event, Food Truck Friday offers food, entertainment, and new family traditions in the shady atmosphere of Carthage Central Park. In 2022, the City of Carthage became hosts to the event and hope to bring more sponsors, art and entertainment to the Central Park on the second Friday of each month.

❤️ THANK YOU, CARTHAGE & SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES! ❤️

Yesterday was an all day Food Truck Friday, and we are so grateful to everyone who braved the August heat and spent part of the day with us! ☀️🌮🍧🧉🧋🌭🍛🍔🎶

A HUGE thank you to all of our vendors who worked hard to serve our community while braving the heat right alongside you!

One of my favorite parts of the day was meeting three different families from outside our community. Two who have recently moved to the area and another who is planning to move his family here from Idaho! 🏡❤️

This is what these events are about. Bringing people together, welcoming new neighbors and showing visitors what makes Carthage special.
