"SOLD OUT OF CUSTARD"

We had to stop for a moment for the memory, Blake loaded the last bag of custard. Through these years we have loaded many bags, laughed a million times together, cried more times than we remember, made friends with more customers than we even realize. The memories we have here at Peck & Jen's we will cherish forever. I would like to thank everyone for making one last visit to our little store we took a chance on and loved every minute of it! ❤️ We appreciate the love and support from all our customers!!!

Every year we close at 5:00 pm on Carthage High School Graduation day to attend all of our graduate's highest achievement. They have worked there entire life for this moment! We are very proud of all of you! ❤️❤️❤️

Life is a journey

When we started this business 6 years ago we took a leap of faith into the food industry. We wanted our 4 kids to learn customer service and good work ethic all while going to school and working around their athletic schedules. We employeed several high school students, in that time that we have grown to love and cherish all of them. So many good times! Being able to watch them grow and become the wonderful people they are has been nothing less than rewarding. They say when one door closes another one opens, we'll in my case one door opened now I have to close the other. I have been giving the opportunity to continue serving the people of Carthage at Bamboo Garden, our kids have other desires of what they would like to do in life, so our time at Peck & Jen's has come to the end. I can not express how incredibly grateful we are for all of our customers ❤️ who have been supportive of our little custard store for all of these years! Carthage has always been home 🏡 and we love this community dearly. With that said we will be open until May 14th (Mother's Day). That will be our last day at Peck & Jens 💗💗💗

My journey will continue at Bamboo Garden in Carthage! Jung and Young built this business that is established for 40 years this year! I hope to continue their creation of this wonderful food and beautiful restaurant for 40 more years! 🙏🙏🙏

For those of you who ask what is Peck going to do 🤣🤣, he will be doing the same thing he has done for approx 30 years now Excavating! He will not be making chicken! 🐔
