Growing up, I remember Grandma Odell always having homemade refrigerated pickles on hand. Every week, she would make those little vinegar delights, and they were always a staple in her kitchen. Some of the best flavors come from the simplest memories, and I knew I wanted to bring a little piece of Grandma Odell into our newest menu creation!

LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TO THE SASSY CHICK! A LITTLE SOUTHERN NOSTALGIA WITH A SPICY TWIST!

When I tell you this sandwich is GOOD, y'all, TRUST ME! This combination of flavors is something special!

A spicy, crispy chicken breast, Grandma Odell-inspired vinegar pickles. Fresh tomato and peppery arugula. Our very own secret sauce. A spicy Parmesan sauce. All nestled inside a perfectly toasted brioche bun!

Spicy, tangy, creamy, and crunchy — all in one incredible bite!

We've already been handing out samples and letting a few lucky taste testers try this new creation, and the feedback has been AMAZING!

There is something special about taking a cherished family memory and turning it into something new for our customers to enjoy. Grandma Odell's little vinegar pickles have officially found their way onto our menu, and I couldn't be more excited!

The House of Odell and Luella is rolling into Rockingham Middle School on Thursday, October 8th, from 11 AM–2 PM to feed all of those spectacular teachers!

Because we love and support our teachers, and let's be honest… they deserve a little pampering too!
