The Burning Log Rotisserie proudly serves meats cooked over open oak wood fire along with a variety of delectable sides. You will NOT be getting the traditional American barbecue when you dine with us or get take-out. Instead, you will receive a more crispy, caramelized, charred and intense flavored piece of meat. We utilize grates to grill our meats and rotating spits to cook our rotisserie chicken without using a lid to control temperature. During this cooking method, the active flames are out in open-air and controlled only by the way they are moved and fed, versus radiant heat and smoke used to cook food when barbecuing.
