We had a great time at the Carterville Free Fair this weekend. The Lion's club did a fantastic job.😀 We didn't get to go on any rides, but enjoyed talking to the carnival owner, and his daughter gave us the last lemon-ups of the night. We really enjoyed all the bands we got to listen to. They were all very talented. The real highlight for us was getting to meet so many of our Carterville neighbors and the warm welcome we received.

Rolling Smoke BBQ will be at HOPE FEST this weekend at Community of Faith Church in Marion. We loved serving in Northern Illinois and look forward to serving Southern IL. Come say hello and try one of our premium house-made Smoked Sausages and support Herrin House of Hope. We'll have our B**r Brats, Italian stuffed with guardiniera and provolone and Cajun stuffed with roasted sweet red peppers. Hope to see you there.
