We just received a 100 on our health inspection. 💯
A perfect score doesn't happen on inspection day. It happens every day: in the prep that starts before we open, the temperatures checked and logged, the surfaces cleaned between rushes, and the closing shifts that don't cut corners at the end of a long night.
That's our team. They take pride in the details most people never see, and they hold themselves to a high standard whether it's a slow Tuesday or a packed Saturday.
